Agent Karen | Unbreadable

Why is it so difficult for some people to just do their job right? After all, that's what they are paid for, so they might as well put some effort into it. Alas, some individuals refuse to see such simple wisdom. Luckily, that's why we have managers. And Karen never hesitates to call one if she feels the service is not up to her standards. And if the manager doesn't share her passion for work ethics, she won't stop until she properly educates the entire staff by herself. People may laugh behind her back and call her entitled, but she doesn't do it because she deserves proper service (which she obviously does). That's simply her way of giving back to the community by ensuring the next customer walks away fully satistied.

Of course, Karen isn't even her real name; crumbs don't have the luxury of keeping those. Whoever gave it to her probably meant it as an insult, but she wears it with pride and won't let prejudice get in the way of her duties. And her newfound powers conveniently make it far easier to reach the right people and make sure they can listen to everything she has to say.
