We aim to get your meticulously crafted miniatures to you quickly and reliably.

Shipping Method: All orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked service. This allows you to track your parcel's journey right to your door.

Shipping Cost: A flat rate of £4 applies to all standard UK orders.

Free Shipping: Enjoy Free UK Shipping on all orders with a total value over £40. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch Time: Your order involves custom printing and careful preparation. Please allow 3 to 5 UK working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) for your order to be printed, processed, quality checked, and dispatched.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

*Please note: Orders that include Bulkamancer Sculpts will have a slightly extended lead time, ranging from 5 to 10 UK working days.

In-Person Collection: Alternatively, we may be able to arrange for you to collect your order in person. If this is something you are interested in, please contact us *before* placing your order to discuss the possibilities and make arrangements.
